Photograph 2016 - Oregon Coast - This photograph was inspired by a deep appreciation of Lee Bontecou - the artist whose amazing sculptures/canvases simply astound me! While on a recent trip to the Oregon Coast I was blown away by the rock formations that I encountered. So many of them were reminiscent of Bontecou's fabulous pieces that I decided to create a collection of abstract, sculpted photographs to honor her work. Enjoy!

This is beautiful Lauren..love the colour,3d and sharp lines...l/f and I am ignorant... so will google Lee Bontecou. In my experience, some artists have the amazing ability to change the way you see the world for the rest of your life.
